The Smart Class Programme is integrated into 16 fully digitalized classrooms, where lessons are brought to life through interactive, multi-sensory experiences. Integrated Sports Programme
At Auckland House School for Boys, we believe that sports are a vital part of a student's holistic development. The Auckland House Integrated Sports Programme focuses on cultivating athletic skills, character, and leadership, instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
Our four main sports—Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and Table Tennis—are integral to the school's athletic identity. These sports are competed for internally across four divisions, between our four Houses: Durrant, Matthew, Lefroy, and French. These inter-house competitions create a vibrant atmosphere of healthy rivalry, driving students to excel individually and as part of a team, fostering camaraderie and house spirit.
Our teams have also seen outstanding success in inter-school competitions. The Basketball team, in particular, has secured victories in various tournaments, with several of our boys being selected to represent the state and national teams. Likewise, our Volleyball, Badminton, and Table Tennis teams have achieved commendable results in inter-school competitions, showcasing the high level of talent and dedication cultivated within the school.
Auckland House has also excelled in individual sports such as Chess, where our students have participated at the state level, earning recognition for their strategic thinking and concentration. Our students have also achieved notable success in Athletics, with participation and accolades at the state level in both track and field events, reflecting their agility, endurance, and determination.
In addition, our Taekwondo programme has produced medal-winning athletes, and Roller Skating, a long-established sport in our programme, continues to inspire our students to excel in regional competitions, demonstrating agility and balance.
Looking ahead, the introduction of Cross Country will further develop our students' endurance and perseverance. Our commitment to promoting Athletics through various track and field events remains a cornerstone of the programme, ensuring a comprehensive physical education.
